KANROCKSAS CHARITY PROGRAM ANNOUNCED WITH AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PARTICIPATION
Today, we're pleased to announce our core charitable partnerships and the planned creation of a Charity Program at the Kanrocksas Music Festival. Our core partnerships were established to focus on initiatives that strive to improve communities across the Metropolitan area. The Charity Area will be located in a dedicated section of the festival grounds to create an area focused on generating awareness and support of local non-profit charities. Opportunities for ten additional charities to join Charity Program are available, but requests must be submitted by Friday, July 22nd.
Charitable Partnerships
Kanrocksas Music Festival believes in the power of music and its ability to make a difference, partnering with the Kansas City, Kansas School Foundation for Excellence in support of several music initiatives for youth. Aligning with the other pillars of focus, Kanrocksas Music Festival has established charitable partnerships with Bridging the Gap, Operation Breakthrough, and Turning Point to cover the other core pillars established.
Charity Opportunity For Involvement
Ten additional charities can join the Kanrocksas Music Festival. The opportunity to build awareness for a non-profit charity that falls under the four established pillars of education, urban core youth, health and wellness, and green initiatives are invited to join the Kanrocksas Music Festival Charity Program during the event. All requests to join the Charity Program at the festival must be submitted by Friday, July 22.
